Full Membership for pet industry businesses
PIAA Full Membership is open to all pet industry operators—including retail, grooming, breeding, boarding, aquatics, suppliers, and service providers. Membership fees are based on your estimated annual turnover and renew each financial year, with payments due by 30 June.
As we transition to a new membership platform and website, there may be delays in processing. To make up for this, all new full memberships between now and 30 June 2025 will include the remainder of this year, plus the entire 2025–26 membership year at no extra cost.
Applications are reviewed weekly. Once approved, members receive a tax invoice and a digital membership pack (usually within 7 days). If not approved, a full refund will be provided.
Associate Membership (For Individuals & Supporters)
Associate Membership is ideal for students, industry employees, hobbyists, and individuals who want to stay informed and support the work of PIAA. It’s a great way to stay engaged with industry developments, even if you don’t run a business.
As an associate member, you’ll receive:
- Quarterly email updates with news, policy updates, and industry insights
- Access to a private Facebook group for associate members
- Opportunities to contribute to public consultations and discussions
Please note: Associate Members do not have voting rights.
